First: research team roles: 1. Private messages are not allowed. 2. Every team should have at least a senior with the same specialization of study. 3. Any delay without prior notice in any assigned task will be considered as an agreement to leave the study however the researcher’s contributions to the study. So, make sure you have enough time to participate. 4. Any questions are welcomed in the study research group. 5. Team leaders should have a private group seeking help for any questions within their team members group. Roles and responsibilities of each team member: Team leader: The team leader is responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the systematic review. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the review is conducted in a rigorous and transparent manner. Researcher: The researcher is responsible for conducting the literature search, screening the literature, extracting the data, assessing the quality of the evidence, and summarizing the findings. Statistician: The statistician is responsible for providing statistical support for the review. This includes developing the inclusion criteria, assessing the risk of bias in the included studies, and conducting meta-analyses. Editor: The editor is responsible for ensuring that the review is written in a clear and concise manner. They will also be responsible for checking the grammar and spelling. Communication and collaboration strategies: • Regular meetings: The team will meet regularly to discuss the progress of the review and to make decisions about the next steps. • Email: The team will use email to communicate with each other daily. • Google Docs: The team will use Google Docs to collaborate on the writing of the review. Timelines for completing each step of the review: Idea validation: 3 days Literature search: 4 days Screening of the literature: one week (by title and abstract / by full-text screening) Extraction of the data: 2 weeks Assessment of the quality of the evidence: 4 days Characteristic tables: 3 days Summarize the findings: one week Disseminate the findings (introduction/method/discussion / results and submit the manuscript): in one week The total time for completing the systematic review is 7 weeks.
